O drama 120 Batimentos por Minuto, que aborda o ativismo LGBT na França durante a epidemia da AIDS, liderou as indicações ao César Awards 2018, o Oscar francês, reveladas nessa quarta (31).

O filme de Robin Campillo, que muitos apontaram como uma grave omissão nas indicações de Melhor Filme Estrangeiro do Oscar 2018, levou 13 indicações. Au Revoir là-Haut, que ainda não chegou ao Brasil, empatou com 120 Batimentos por Minuto na liderança.
