Ao todo, Game of Thrones acumula quatro indicações, incluindo melhor série de televisão.

Vingadores: Ultimato também acumulou quatro indicações – melhor filme, melhor vilão, melhor herói e melhor luta.

Os vencedores do MTV Movie & TV Awards serão anunciados no dia 17 de junho de 2019.

A cerimônia será apresentada por Zachary Levi, o Shazam do recente filme da Warner/ DC.
